When you're in Arizona there's nothing like a delicious "Indian Taco" made with that Blue Bird Flour hand made and fried by a native then its hooked up with beef, beans, lettuce, tomato and cheese, you add red or green chile and your living life. Today, I enjoyed that taste here just north of the Gila River Reservation and it was simple delightful. Thanks to Cindy and Reed Girl and son for the awesome lunch experience.
A word of advice... after you order, begin some conversation, ask a name or something about someone's tribe and what the culture is like. These are things that will help you learn more about that individual and bring us closer. Enjoy your meal and appreciate the history behind it. Happy eating.
