Have you ever had Paella?

Paella! @laterrazahillcrest in Little Rock, Arkansas

Paella is a traditional Spanish dish from Valencia. It is a rice dish that can have meat, fish, seafood, and vegetables and is characterized by its use of saffron to give it a yellow color and unique flavor.

Side note: 40 minutes is needed to prepare this dish. I recommend ordering before you arrive.

Includes: Spanish style rice, chicken, clams, mussels and shrimp.

Thoughts: Definitely a one of a kind dish that has unique flavors and aroma that will wakeup your taste buds. This was more of a seafood version which, you can just have chicken if you prefer. This traditional dish was something I've been looking forward to for years, and it did not disappoint. The shrimp was soft, succulent and flavorful along with the rice. The sherry is added in before planting which brings everything together for a true "Venezuelan" taste.

Overall: Definitely a go to and an experience. Great food, great staff and incredible views. Lots of delicious options and cocktails, which the mojitos are my favorite here. I was very impressed and left very happy and satisfied 😌

I highly recommend!
