Tranquil private room with its own private bathroom in a brand new townhome. Located 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. There are plenty of grocery stores around us and a Planet Fitness.
Come stay at my place and enjoy a relaxing getaway. There is a 70 inch TV in the shared area along with an Xbox 360 and PS4. The washer and dryer are only for guests who stay 10 or more days, but If you want to use it let me know and we can work something out.

Small, well mannered dogs are welcome but all guests with pets will be asked to pay a separate pet fee of $50 per visit.

Hello visitor ... this semi private, finished lower level is perfect for the budget minded traveler at $25/night! My neat and tidy lower level is all yours while you are there. You will share a full bathroom upstairs w/my other guest. And have access to most of the house too.
